Testing, testing 123

This is my first blog post from my phone, can you see it? Haha - my computer's playing up and being a stupid piece of junk so I decided to write this post from my phone and see how it turned out. Also a quick reminder to check out some of the beautiful people I follow on both YouTube and blogger - you can find them at the side of my blog! Au revoir for now my lovelies! I've got a special post (and maybe a video) coming up tomorrow! Xx

Friday Frustration

So today I had a day off from school due to it's open evening next week. This should be a much enjoyed day for me. But it isn't. Whilst everyone is outside getting absolutely crazily drunk, I will be at home drinking my hot chocolate and sneezing everywhere.Thank Goodness for all things electrical, I think to myself as I snuggle down on the sofa ready for three consecutive back-to-back episodes of Ugly Betty. However, one can quickly bore of so many episodes of an unfortunate girl in a big city so I decided to: have a shower, watch as many YouTube videos as I could, sleep, blog, tweet, Facebook, sleep, watch TV, paint my nails, eat junk food and more sleep.

Also, Friday's are usually an opportunity to review the week's events and question 'why the hell did I do that' as you remember each embarrassing social mistake you  made.

Ah, Happy Friday Everyone.

Thursday and Awkward Encounters of the Boy Kind.

It's always awkward starting a blog. Talking at (at the moment) non-existent followers that don't even personally know you. Also, you haven't even established your audience yet. Which makes talking to 'them' very difficult. Oh well, hey ho - I'd better give it a go! What's the worst that could happen?

Well, today is Thursday. We're supposed to love Thursdays. It's near the end of the week and you can just about see the weekend on the horizon. But for me - it's homework day. Time to enjoy the goodness of GCSE English and revise for my History Exam next week. I pour a boiling mug of the finest coffee, sit at my desk and try to summon up all of the brain power I can to write up 500 words in French (Bonjour, Je m'appelle) and I get on with it, frequently sipping at my cup of coffee.

Now, this is all very interesting (!) but I must get on with what I intended to write about today, and that is the deeply troubling matter of High School boys. They've finally matured and realised that girls are what they want right now, and start wondering how they're going to get them. Some of the ugly brutes succeed, but others are not so successful. So boys, if you are reading this and currently having trouble with the laaaaadiies, worry no more for I have the experience and advice that will teach you the do's and don'ts of trying to get the gurl.

***And for the girls reading this, don't you agree? Leave a comment below if you do!***

Firstly, Do be nice.
Banter's fine, but don't be mean and rude - that deeply offends us!

Secondly, Don't confuse us.
OK, us girls can be very confusing ourselves but we honestly have no way of avoiding it. However, you flirting with us and then moving straight onto the next girl is just not on.

Thirdly, Don't always online-message us.
You don't like it and neither do we! Being bothered all the time by someone who you don't normally talk to or just don't like is annoying. Talk to us in the real-world and I can guarantee that you will stand a much better chance of us falling for you.

Finally, Do be yourself.
Fine, fine, I know you read this and sighed. 'That's what they all say' you thought. But no, it's true. Don't be 100% yourself (because of all burping and extreme oddness) but DON'T pretend to be someone you aren't. If a girl doesn't like you yet - that's fine she'll either become really good friends or she may fall for you - you never know.

Oh, and by the way don't comment on her moods - that's a whole load of lecture you never wanna hear.

Au Revoir,

Becca

P.S. I don't like coffee, I realised halfway through the mug. It tastes like ground.
